What it does
Synced poems highlight each line as it is spoken, and listeners can tap a line to jump to it. Your synced lines are also shared with podcast apps as captions.
Before you start
The poem needs both a recording and its written words, with each line of the poem on its own line.
Syncing a poem
- Open My Poetry and choose Sync on the poem.
- Play your recording and tap as each line begins. On a computer you can press Space instead.
- Made a mistake? Press Backspace to undo the last tap.
- Save when every line is timed.
When listeners see it
Listeners see the synced lines once the poem is approved.
